A Fortress for Everyone
Special attention in the revitalization project has been given to the removal of architectural barriers. People with disabilities, the elderly, and families are free to enjoy time together, participate in activities, and play in contact with nature and in complete safety—thanks to the lift providing access to the bar and the external ramp leading to the park's highest points.

Fortezza Nuova welcomes its visitors with cozy spots for relaxation and refreshments, thanks to renovations made possible by the PNRR.
The new bar, open year-round, offers a peaceful haven steeped in history—perfect for enjoying a cool drink in the heart of the park, surrounded by nature and culture.
In the charming Sala degli Archi, the bookshop features a selection of unique products, a curated book line, and a special focus on marine environments. In collaboration with the Sillabe publishing house, the bookshop also provides useful information on local tourism services, thanks to a strong network of local partners. Plus, a virtual reality station invites visitors on an immersive and futuristic journey.
The Art Gallery at the Fortress
A permanent art gallery set up in the historic Sala del Forno, curated with the expertise of Fidanda—a recognized name for the value of its collections and collaborations—hosts paintings, sculptures, installations, and cultural events throughout the year.
